i have resided in eagles bluff in concord for 4 years. I have yet to see parental involvement in the neighborhood.I have only seen dirty children unsupervised children of all ages wandering the streets.I have had personal experiences regarding a 2 year old on the opposite side of thier residence without clothing in only a dirty diaper. Although I have repeatley requested guidence from property management i have yet to see any changes, I've been told they have no time to deal with these issues under there managed facility. Today there were flyer's being passed out by two young girls,and a red corvette was following them. Due to the fact i have a young daughter who acceses the facility play area and with what has been in the news with children being abducted i was concerned not only was he following the two girls he was also talking to other young girls in the neighborhood. Upon reporting to management and the police my concerns the police came the vehicle had dissappeared I was told by management it was probably a drivers ed class being taught, also, my concerns of all the children that play in the street unsupervised that management had no remorse I was told theres no time to notify residence of activity's such as strange cars following young girls around the circle. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
