If you have a car, you will have to pay the city to rent a space in the Firehouse Parking Garage which will cost you around $100 per month. The management company is Weston Assoc. and they could care less as they would not agree to the contract with the city re parking. You may not put up any signs on the bulletin board unless Weston Assoc. approves it. (no 1st amendment rights here) There are more and more mentally disabled people moving in and elderly moving out, including me. It is an old building that has not been kept up. Some apartments have leaks in ceilings which means there is mold in that space - since months go by before any repairs are made. Do NOT rent an apartment here unless you are desperate and homeless!

by the way the taxpayers dont pay the rent there the tenants do.the building was created for the elderly and the disabled.these people have long since paid their dues, either through taxes when they worked or by the simple fact that that they were not given the means via their disabilities.there but for the grace of god go you.
