Any apartment above the 2nd floor is overheated. The 5th floor is unbearably hot, the manager runs hot air through a vent on the 5th floor in June when it is in the 80's making all 5th floor apartments excessively hot. Very unhealthy for elderly people. This building is housing for the elderly and disabled. Complaints to management are completely ignored. Don't rent any apartment here above the 2nd floor unless you like saunas! If you love living in an oven, the Firehouse block will be nice for you.

by the way the taxpayers dont pay the rent there the tenants do.the building was created for the elderly and the disabled.these people have long since paid their dues, either through taxes when they worked or by the simple fact that that they were not given the means via their disabilities.there but for the grace of god go you.
