I have lived in other communities in the Concord area. In relation to other complexes Hillside View Apartments presents a nice alternative in pricing and in being a pet friendly community. The staff is curtious and friendly and when any problem has arose within my apartment, the maintenance staff has responded in a timely and professional manner.
The only thing, that I understand is going to be upgraded, is the laundry area. It is detached and rather small. I have heard that a larger, newer facility for laundry is going to be built on the grounds in the near future.
If a pool and tennis court are the things your looking for then Hillside isn't for you, but if someplace, safe that isn't going to gouge you on the price of your apartment, then Hillside View might be a nice option for you.
