Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We've lived here for about 6 months now- we're on the second floor- which is miserable- You can hear your neighbors upstairs and downstairs- you can hear them cough, sneeze, laugh, their tv, can hear them doing the dirty... everything they do you can hear. The carpets have no padding- so they're not insulated at all! It's ridiculous. I highly recommend moving to Clinton Street to the other apartments that look like these, but are MUCH nicer- and a MUCH better quality.
