I was lucky in that I lived in one of their apartments for 3 years that was in a perfect location, right across the street from the school that I was attending. It was well maintained for the most part, and anytime I informed them of a problem they sent someone out the same day to try to fix it.

The people in the office were friendly and accommodating to me. They allowed me to sublet my apartment when I was out of town each year. They had someone come to plow our driveway, a necessity in Concord in the winter, and my heat always worked.

I will admit, my monthly rent was higher than my fellow classmates' living in the area. But then again, I had a huge convenience factor and I really liked my apartment, so I guess it balanced out. As far as apartments go, I can't complain overall. And yes, if I were back in the area I would rent from them again.
