I rented a studio apartment almost sight-unseen. A friend lived right next door, in the same apartment she'd rented for three years, several years prior. She was always happy with them so they were my first choice. When this apartment opened, I grabbed it. Sure, it's cold --it's NH! And, they pay for the heat. My plants are happy and so am I. I have had only little little problems -- basic maintenance stuff -- and they always respond quickly. They are always a pleasure when I speak with them; the price is right; the location can't be beat and they always seem to know who I am. LOVE the personal touch. It is a privilege to rent from them....
