Been here two years, first was nice. Kept clean, quite building, good parking, maintance, even had basketball court and tennis court with pool. Don't know what happened but place is trashy and rent goes up '!'!...pool is crap, closed half of the summer, they removed the basketball and tennis courts, yet rent still goes up'!'!'!
Parking is horrible, the halls are disgusting look like they haven't been cleaned in months, lights don't work. Don't think you really need to fill out an application to rent as it appears they rent to anybody! Very disappointed altley, since rent went up we can find a house cheaper than here and don't have to put up with it all. Location is nice (across from thomas college) but will definately be on our way out shortly. Shop around, they will always be here to rent to you.
