Who' dat der' Nice place to live if you like the tv show "Cops". People are always getting arrested right out the front door. Parking situation is out of control (manager has plenty of extra spaces for himself and his guest's cars though). Lights flicker on and off for no reason. New ghetto types brought in by manager each month. Used to be decent, cheap digs but now it is outrageously overpriced and scary!!
