This is a management company with many properties in the area. I am very displeased with the staff. They are VERY rude and they spend their entire day talking trash about the tenants (a.k.a- the people who pay their salaries). Maintenance is slow. We moved to one of their properties a year and a half ago with water problems. We still have the same problems, if you know what I mean. Prices are not the worst but definately not worth the hassle of their problematic staff. Their entire staff needs to be replaced. They have no right talking about the tenants seeing how the staff only pays half the rent as regular people do. Also their staff likes to cause problems with tenants they dislike. I don't mean just pity little problems, they cause problems with the law. They need to keep their noses on their face not in other peoples business. Maintenance needs to do their job. The apartments are very messy in the hallways too. VERY ghetto-like. Not kept up. Lighting replaced too late. Parking not too bad. Very noisy at times. Loud music, banging doors, etc... Ant problem since we moved in and still a problem.
