Ive lived at Pinewood village for a little while now. Recently the buzzers have been broken for weeks! You cant buzz anyone in. So if your expecting company,or FOOD delivery, or any type of delivery you CANT even buzz them in the building. Instead you have to wait forever by the door to know they arrived. More recently a new neighbor moved in. Her and I have had to call the police on the apartment in the middle of us atleast 15 times in the past month. The people are fighting so loudly that my walls are shaking, and Im convinced someone is coming through my wall. Police have shown up, but OUR BUZZERS HAVE BEEN BROKEN so we cant even let the police in the building. Instead my neighbor has had to leave her apartment, go past this vicious fighting- Which is very dangerous, down stairs to the door to let them in. Police drew guns on these people, this is how violent the fighting has become, and we have to leave the safety of our apartment to go let the police in. Its just ridiculous. Im fed up with keystone, AND their lack of responsibility, and attitude to thier tenants. WE, pay your salaries!

I, too, live at Pinewood. I've only been here a couple of months. Keystone went out of their way to get my apartment ready for me (I lived in the Pines until I moved). Carrie, Robin, Sandy, and the rest of the staff have been great to me. They respond to any problems within a couple of days. I, too, live next to a couple who fight contantly. The buzzers were broken. I called Carrie and it was fixed within a couple of days. There's no such thing as perfect, and, I'm thankful the staff at Keystone are as reponsive as they are. I've been to many places where the doors are hanging off, and, the landlord couldn't care less as long as he gets his rent. There are people who live in these buildings who are not nice, who are violent or just plain morons, but, unless you're rich I think you find that almost anywhere.

i just moved out of pinewood village after living there for 3 days! i moved in with my two month old son and after the first night and getting everything moved in cockroaches started coming up through the sink in the kitchen and through a big hole they left in the cabinets. not only is that so nasty it makes me shiver when i think about it but the managment did not even care when we told them about it. we were able to move out within days but now have all of our things in a storage unit and no place to go. the managment was rude and careless and they did not tell me about the bug problem so now i need to spray all my things to make sure we dont have any bugs in them. what a nightmare and it was my first apartment, its too bad. i want to let anyone who lives in building two that they will need to look at night and make sure they are not coming into there apartments too. good luck
