Please, if theres one listing here you read, and beleive make it this one. I have lived at THE PINES on Bog Rd for sometime now. Recently, we have had a terrible problem that no one is taking care of. The building is infested with cochroaches. They are everywhere. In you cupboards, on your furniture, in the shower... its out of control. The office is aware, and they do NOT care. We have been promised fumigation, to no avail. I live on the second floor, the people on the first floor, brought them into the building in their food. YES, gross. Keystone refuses to kick them out. Its just totally out of control. People with children, stay away! This is not a place for a child. My apartment is in terrible need of work, and they refuse to do the repairs. Im promised help all the time and no one comes. My bathroom and living room have tons of mold, under the sink and near the slider, which is falling out of the casing. YES falling out of the casing. My air conditioner has leaked everywhere... no one wants to help. Nobody cares to listen. We are never plowed in the winter, Ive had to shovel my way out of the parking lot more times that I can count. The office help is rude, and incompetent. Please if you HAVE ANY OPTIONS at all DO NOT MOVE HERE! Ill be moving ASAP.
