My husband I and lived at 23 Ormond St. for almost 4 years and were quite happy with it. The building was warm, well insulated, great neighbors. You couldn't hear what was going on in the other apartments. Small complex and everyone seemed to care about being respectful to the other neighbors.
The staff at Keystone was always great and friendly. We had to call twice in almost 4 years and they were very quick to respond to the issue.
We were very happy there and I would highly recommend it. It was easy to heat, comfortable, well maintained. Very nice.
