I moved into a aprartment on small concord street through Keystone. The day we moved in we were bombarded with ants. The whole living room floor was brown (all ants) We called to have them come get them out and they said they can't we have too. They were coming from the floor boards. The rent was 450 for a studio with only heat included and this was a few years ago. They didn't keep up with maintaince. They were responsible for salting and sanding and they never did and when I was pregnant I fell down the stairs they were suposed to have taken care of. They are very rude and and are total rip off artists.
