This has to be the worst apts in Concord!! WAY overpriced!! Nice sized master bedroom, but the smaller bedroom is just a glorified closet. Several dirtballs in buidings 1 & 4 don't pick up their dog crap, & it gets tracked thru the halls, GROSS!! Winter snow is just BEAUTIFUL with piles of poop all around the buiding. Management does NOTHING about probem tenants- hey a checks a check, right' Park if you can!
