Been very happy with Oak Bridge in our 7 months there. We have a dog and do notice the unresolved problem of other dog owners not picking up after their pooch. It is a problem. Some would say the rent is high, but I use the fitness center and pool facility regularly, and what I would have to pay for those services commercially would be far more than what I pay extra in rent every month. It is a good deal if you take into account all of the amenities. Office staff has been very helpful, friendly and courteous from the start. The parking is tight for those with an extra vehicle, but generally everyone has been good about adhering to the reserved spaces. The negative reviews seem very excessive and vengeful, for whatever reason.
