Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Way over-priced. Everything inside is cheap and breaks,walls are paper-thin. No privacy what so ever. You can hear the people on the 3rd floor's TV from the 1st floor! Not enough parking spaces. It was really wonderful that Ive had to park across the street in the winter. Not enough light in hallways, OR inside apt, puts a damper on the mood. WASTE OF MONEY. For one years lease, you could put a down payment on a house! Makes you wonder where all the money is really going because the residents sure dont benefit from it.
