Very noisy, but mostly friendly staff

Friendly staff (for the most part, most are, just a couple aren?t). But I moved in and the apt. had the rattiest carpet. The noise from side neighbors wasn?t terrible, but the noise from upstairs can be constant and very loud. I have been up late hearing music from the third floor, and I was on the first.
In the building I was in, constant door slamming and running down the hallways didn?t help. Overall, a little overpriced for what one has to put up with. On the other hand, the W/D in the apt is nice, but only the 2 bedrooms have full size. AND only the 2 BR get a space in the garage. The garage space can be tricky if you have a larger vehicle, and depending on where your spot is, it?s tricky no matter what. But you can use a shopping cart and the elevator...nice when you have lots of groceries!
The office participates in collecting for charities, which is nice. And incentives are offered for early rent payment. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
