we've been here for 2 1/2 years. In that time our rent has gone up $275 plus we are now required to pay our own water, bringing our total increase to about $300. There is no sound proofing anywhere, and some of the noisiest (and rudest) neighbors I have ever experienced. Parking at times is impossible, and because of this, people park wherever they can (including blocking in your car if it suits them). Maintenance is good about fixing things, as long as you can get them to call you back...and as long as it isn't an emergency situation like your toilet overflowing and 3 in of water on your bathroom floor which takes 3 hrs to get a response to. Office is extremely disorganized...no one seems to have the same answer or doesn't communicate with each other...has caused us several problems starting even before we moved in.

Definitely not recommended by me. Rent is far to high for what you get. W/D is nice to have, but doesn't make the price worthwhile!
