We have lived here for about a year and a half, and actually loved it upon moving in. Once people came home and kids returned from school..the gig was up! The walls are tracing-paper thin; your neighbors can hear your conversations...that is if they aren't out on their patio/porch eavesdropping when the slider is open. After two weeks here I asked to break the lease; was told it would be a $2,000 penalty. When Brady Sullivan took over they were more than happy to break leases,so that remodeling could be done to sell the units. Dogs...LARGE dogs are allowed, and you must watch your step on the grounds, as ALOT of dog crap is left where the dogs squat. After numerous complaints, it hasn't changed. Also, BEWARE OF THE MOLD PROBLEM!!! There is a paper to sign concerning mold and the company not being responsible for it! The a/c will leak water and cause more (there is plenty already) mold to grow. Upstairs tenants run the a/c, the condensation drips down to the levels below...MOLD is a constant fight. It is on the walls between apartments. Power outages are VERY frequent, and since there is an electric door on the underground garages, I had to take a cab to work numerous times. NO REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE OWNERSHIP! Maybe that is why the garage doors are left open these days 24/7. Watch out for unattended kids riding bikes around the parking lot. 5/6/7 year olds whipping through the lot with no parent in sight. It's not their fault, there isn't a playground for them to play at. But as small as the lots are, you can't blink when driving through. Good luck finding a parking space outside after 6 pm. And one final note for Brady Sullivan; next time one of your remodeling crew takes a piss ON MY BUILDING, JUST OUTSIDE MY DAUGHTER'S WINDOW, we shall have a serious problem. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! You have been warned.
