My husband and I looked into buying one of these newly renovated condos. All of it looks nice on the outside, but it's a mess. Our inspector went through and had a lengthy list of issues with it, all a shoddy patch job on an old building, and they were trying to sell us a unit that didn't even have operation smoke detectors! They also have almost no reserve for the association, and the roof needed replacing soon. Then when we told them that we didn't want to buy it because of the condition, they delayed us for two months in getting our title deposit back. When we finally got the check back, it was dated for the week we had requested it...Brady Sullivan had just kept giving us excuses on why they couldn't give us our money back and held the check for two months.

My advice: Run if you still can!
