Halls stink............apt rugs should be replaced after tenant moves out,.stained and smelly
People are rude....yell, scream, and have thier kids play in halls.........
food left in corridors....
washer/dryers hardly work..........
Jim is arrogant and should be more timely with his work...or find a replacement.
Martha needs to get a life along with a personality........
John should grow a spine...........

Overall, the place could be nice but its the element of people they are letting in.
The newly appointed property manager has her share of a mess to pick up.
SHe is trying and wonderful to deal with.....seeing what she has to work with.
