I don't agree with what the other reviews say. My hallways smell clean and the neighbors are nice and not too loud.
There is a problem with bike theft, so bring a bike lock. There are new bike racks by each building. Also they need to better light the walkway through the park. Other than that I love it here. It's quiet and peaceful. The kids love the park and there are lots of kids around for them to play with.
There are even "cat buildings" and non cat buildings. So if you want a cat (or are allergic) there's a choice.
Management is pretty good about getting things fixed.
