This place is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in!! The apartment wasent cleaned before move in....cabinets we very dirty inside, not even wiped out, carpets were very stained and had pieces of carpet stains cut out in huge chunks, walls all painted in a flat paint so every time you touch it you leave a mark!! We have a baby and run a humidifier and it makes the whole house smell like urine and smoke....from the carpets. Carpets should have been replaced. You can hear all of the neighbors conversations, and every time the phone rings....the walls are sooo thin!! You have to go thru 4 doors to enter your apartment....very hard with a baby and groceries!! The heat is included but what they DONT tell you is there is no way to regulate it!! There is only a dial on the actual base board heat....no thermostat, so not only do you not know the temp, it never shuts off or regulates itself!!! Managment here is horrible, not doing their job, not making sure apartments are clean and walkways are cleared after snow. We had snow and ice covering our walkway for 48 hours before it was shoveled.....very dangerous!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! IT SUCKS!!!
