I have lived here for 3 years and at first it was great! then it started to go down hill. I agree with all of the comments, my advice is...BUY A BIKE LOCK! for some reason the kids in this complex feel free to just take anyone's bike they want! my son has had 2 bikes stolen! the pool is disgusting! the people who live here do not respect the property and unfortunately the management doesn't see it. The security door on our building is broken every other week! Yes, it may be one of the cheapest in concord but in the long run, you can do better! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
