I had lived at this apartment complex for three years with my two kids and what a horrible experience it had turned out to be. The washers and dryers in my building did not work more than half the time, the hallways, walls and glass doors were dirty every day, cigarette smoke filled the hall ways, in the apartments you can hear what goes on in everyone else's apartment, on the balcony I would find cigarettes people who lived above me had dropped, also found a lighter one day, and people on the third floor would spit down on my balcony and my kids' bikes. The management of this complex needs to get their priorities straight and make sure that they are putting the residents wellfare first and not their own. Maybe the people who own the building complex should have more say in what happens there then they do right now. This place is a low rent complex so the people who do rent there are not the best to associate with. Be careful who you befriend. It took me so long to move out because places are so expensive but I went ahead and bit the bullet and moved to a place that is much more money but better for myself and my kids. If you decide on this complex, call the management office in Manchester, not the manager by the pool, with any complaints and try to keep to yourself, you will be better off that way.
