I've lived here for a little over a year and it has turned into hell!!!! My building has parents who let their kids run around like animals drawing on the hallway walls, wiping food on the walls! Those kids have broken the security door, shattered a window by the door, broken the emergancy exit sign above the door. I've complained to Martha and the management office in Manchester, they don't care. It took them over a month to come clean the drawings and food wiped on the hallway walls.

The people SMC hired to come plow the snow usually show up about 2 days later. I've had to dig out a parking spot after work with my small children sitting in the running car because all the parking lots are full of snow. Were lucky if they shovel the walk ways!

If the management would care a little more and pay attention to some of the tentants they have living here and evict the one's who can't controll their children and who trash the halls this place would be a nicer place to live. They also need to STOP using the primer they paint the walls with, every time you touch the wall it leaves your hand print if you don't wash you hand first.
