after 3rd of month $50.00 late fee even if 3rd is a sunday, and after the 8 th you get a eviction notice to vacate in 10 day's. they dont care about people just getting there rent. rent is higher for long time resident then new residents, and varry's from resident to resident!!!!! p.s. you must sign a lease every year for a year to year or pay hundreds more per month every month $$$$. no picnic tables allowed, grills are only allowed to 1st floor residents only!!!! '' washers and driers dont always work. must use laundry card that only excepts $5, $10, or $20 dollar bills. they say they will tow you in winter if you dont move your car for snow removal but they dont and you lose those parking spaces to snow bound cars, that dont move all winter!! dont plow fire entrance''
