I've been a renter for over 20 years in different parts of the country. I have never experienced such a rude, unrefined and lazy property manager; as the one at Prescott Place Apartments.
The office smells like dogs and cigarette smoke.
Rent is cheap for the area, but so is the manager/owners.

so what im hearing is the biggest complaint is the office smells like cigs and dogs. I thought dogs werent allowed on the property that is what I was told when I went to look at an apartment. I also met the maintenance man and he seemed very nice and knowledgable.
