The office smells like cigarettes n dogs. The manager is horrible and completely unprofessional. She worries about her dogs more than her tenants. make sure that you inspect your apartment thoroughly before renting it she WILL make you pay for stuff that is not your fault. The buildings are supposed to be non-smoking yet they reek of cigarette smoke. tenants smoke in the hallways. She worries about the appearance of the outside of the building more than the apartments that need to be fixed..... "there are no animals allowed.... her dogs are just there to go to the vet that day....." YEAH RIGHT, Everyday!!

Im renting an apartment there and I was told that I could have a pet. That was no problem. I could have up to 2 cats.

Cats are allowed, I have Two(2). There's no additional charge either. They just have to be "well behaved", kept inside, and either spayed or neutered.
