I lived here for a year, which was 365 days too long. Noisy, poor maintenance staff, and management is a complete joke. Rent is a rip-off for what you get. Don't let all the boo-hoo "we didn't do anything wrong" rebuttals from the office sway you. This complex is a trash heap. I wouldn't let my dog live here.

As the Property Manager of Salisbury Green, the following response is provided to this comment: Salisbury Green Apts. has been owned and managed by the same local family that built it several decades ago. We have an exemplary record for providing quality housing and service at reasonable rates to those who choose to make Salisbury Green their home. This is underscored by favorable comments at this website. With over two hundred residents residing at Salisbury Green we expect an occasional anonymous comment of this type. They often are sourced from a resident who has had trouble complying with one or another aspect of the lease agreement. We feel that is the case here. We find it regrettable when a resident??s behavior causes us to enforce a reasonable standard that protects our interests and the interests of the hundreds of other residents who call Salisbury Green home. We would urge those considering an apartment in the Concord, NH area to visit Salisbury Green, view the property, ask questions, talk with residents, etc. We expect you will find much that reflects favorably on Salisbury Green Apts.
