Mold is terrible! It is not because the apts are so airtight. The apts are old and there is only 2 or 3 washers and dryers per entire building. People are always fighting for a washer. Maintenance is always noisy at 5 am and they look for things to blow with there leaf blowers everyday. Yes, Chris is nice, however, as far as apts go, this place is average to below average at best. Not worth the money.

In considering the comments of this alleged former resident I'd have to say they don't seem to be honorably provided in the spirit of the Aptratings.com site. The lack of fact based detail seems to indicate some form of emotional vendetta is being acted out,,, perhaps someone we offended recently by requiring adherence to lease rules that prohibit noise levels that are significantly loud enough to disturb, offend or bother other residents or similar. The unbased allegations that our Maintenance staff employees begin their day at 5AM, and address fall property cleanup at that time, (2 hours before first light), provide strong evidence of this person's lack of character and the dishonor of their comments. We hope this will be apparent to those considering our property. With 226 apartments at this property we are one of the larger apartment properties in the Concord area. Despite our large size we are proud to say we enjoy one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings to be found at the Aptratings.com site. We would highly recommend those having interest to be sure and consider us when seeking an apartment in the Concord area.
