I came to Salisbury Green after my semester had already started in Nov. of 2006, and I had no time to waste. Christine was fast and organized and had all papers ready to go within a couple of days. My previous landlord had endless paperwork and required a few weeks for it all to be processed, something I'm glad I didn't have to deal with again especially since I had a hefty schedule at school. Our apartment was very clean and the carpets were brand new. It didn't even look like it needed to be cleaned, something I always had to do with previous apartments because they were left in awful conditions.
Since then I have only had a few problems with the apartment but the maintenance crew comes right away and problem's solved. They also do a great job with maintaining the landscape, which always looks nice. Parking has never been an issue either because there's an ample amount of spaces. During snow season the maintenance men are out their plowing and putting salt down from early in the morning.So you are never blocked in and can't get to work/school!! Better insulation is needed for the cold months but home depot had a great solution for my windows(shrink film insulates) which changed the apartment significantly.
Noise has never been a big issue for us, maybe its because were on the top floor and we have great neighbors :). Check out the price we pay as well. Other apartments that we looked at weren't even close to this price and weren't even as nice. Great price and also great location! Only 2 min from my school (FPU) and 5 min to downtown. Couldn't of asked for a better deal at the time I needed it the most. IS
