awful. noisy and dirty. i basically spend my days trying to get the mold that abundantly grows everywhere and triggers allergy attacks off of my walls and trying to get rid of the disgusting odor that comes from the hallway and the gross people who live above me, all while listening the people next door to me argue. at night i have the pleasure of listening to the ceiling above my bed squeak and creak, and bang while the smelly people upstairs have sex. people ditch their trash on the walkways and onto other resident's balcony's (on the ground level anyway) so whenever i walk in or out of the building i am greeted by litter and trash. the first time i attempted to do in my building laundry i spent all day trying to get a machine (b/c there are only 3). the next time i tried to do laundry, someone used all three washers and left their wet stuff in it all day. the final time i tried to do laundry, the wash room table was full of wet laundry and the entire washroom stank like mold and wet dog. i now take my laundry to the laundromat, and am fairly pissed that i spent close to a thousand bucks a month renting in this crap hole.

Salisbury Green has been built, owned, and managed by the same local family for many years now. The property has enjoyed notable success due to the commitment to maintaining high quality standards and providing apartments within a reasonable rental range. We enjoy a positive relationship with virtually all of our 226 residents. As one would expect, there are occasions when the improper behavior of residents cause the need of activity by management. Sometimes this means correcting non-payment issues. This also includes acting to address personal behavior issues where the health or safety of other residents becomes a concern, or the rights of residents to quite enjoyment are interfered with. We find that comments of this extreme type, posted anonymously can result. We are in dispute of the contentions of these comments. The Owner of Salisbury Green employs and oversees a full time professional staff to manage the needs of the residents and property, including a Property Manager, Maintenance Superintendent and full maintenance staff. We would recommend that those having interest in rental apartment housing in the Concord area include Salisbury Green Apts. in your consideration. You will find that s comments of this malicious type not objective therefore not posted to benefit the viewing public. You should also find that Salisbury Green is one of the best Price/Service/Value alternatives of quality housing in the Concord Area. We???ll let you be the judge. I too live here and I'm very happy. It sounds as though you didn't report this to management, because they surely would have addressed your concerns, although I doubt you were truthful.

I agree with the above response to this suspiciously negative review. I have lived at Salisbury Green for 2 years and have been EXTREMELY satisfied with the conditions and community. I have always found the grounds to be immaculate, the snow removal is almost instantaneous, the landscaping efforts in the spring and summer are beautiful! The atmosphere inside the apt. building is NEVER noisy, but is friendly, warm, clean and welcoming. I have a child and was very cautious about moving to a complex, but have never regretted our move and feel very safe and enjoy a wonderful sense of community. The playground and pool area are immaculate and there is plenty of parking. Contrary to the above comment, I have never had a problem with laundry, and use common sense to avoid the most heavily busy times the room may be used. If I have ever needed maintenance to attend to an issue in my apartment (only once in two years) they have been very quick to respond, and Chris Lewis, the Property Manager is incredibly caring, concerned and a consumate professional who readily responds to the needs of the residents and encourages a sense of community. I would whole heartily recommend Salisbury Green Apartments!! ~KP
