We have lived at Salisbury Green for over 5 years. Prior to living here, we lived at another property owned by Hodges. For both apartments, the managers worked hard to find us just the right place we were looking for. When in need of maintenance service, which is rare, someone is always very quick to respond to address the problem. They will go above and beyond there duties. We have no desire to leave any time soon. The office staff is wonderful. The property manager at Salisbury Green is a very warm and caring woman. She listens and always makes time for us. She too goes above and beyond her duties, and believe me, she has many. I am puzzled by what other people have written. I have never had nor do I know of anyone here who has experienced such issues they claim. The Hodges Companies are well known in Concord for their excellent service as well as community involvement. I agree with those comments questioning the integrity of the people who write such garbage. You will not regret renting an apartment here. If anything, you'll wonder why you didn't come here sooner.
