I have a larger 2 bedroom and it is very nice. The kitchen has been upgraded, my building is kept clean and it's quite. I think, as with any neighborhood, where you are in the complex makes all the difference. Some buildings do have a lot of young people and children, so they will be louder. My building has more older people, although there are some children who are quiet and respectful. My parking lot is well lit, however other buildings aren't as well lit. For the price, and what's included, I'm happy.
