I've had two unforced break-ins, one after they changed the locks the first time and one after the second.

When you live at the Fairways, your neighbor's keys work in your door. Neighbors have volunteered this to me without knowing of my concern with this matter. My first apartment key worked in my neighbors door.

The drier has been broken since I moved in. The apartment manager and maintenance man committed to fixing it in writing on April 28 and told me it would be fixed in a week. It's June 9 and it's still broken.

They also committed to fixing the lock on my balcony slider door on that date. It still has not been repaired.

There are rodents in the walls. At 2:00 in the morning it wasn't much fun piling up furniture and heavy objects to cover the hole where the rodents were breaking through the bedroom wall.

This place is a nightmare, and if you read the rest of the reviews, you'll see how bad it is.

It's time for a class action suit.
