I moved from NY where there is NO parking, high rents for less space, and crime.

The Fairways have LOTS of parking (even if not always plowed right away), reasonable rent for more space than in NY, and my building is crime free.

This is NH afterall.

Where else can you get a gym, pool, and laundry in the same building' Definitly a good place.
