Don't waste your Money!!!!!

I have lived here long enough to know this place is the "ghetto" of Derry.

The only thing keeping me here right now is my lease!
Things are falling apart in our apartment, the sinks, vanitys, the stove doesnt work, the dishwashers loud.

We were offered a free cleaning of rugs if we renewed lease, and we have yet to see that happen.

Our neighbors upstairs have no regard for people below them.

They are loud at night, and for those who get up early for work its a hassle.

There has been times when I am doing laundry and come downstairs to fine the dryer wide open.

The only ones there were abou in the building were maintenance.

We called the office, and voice our conern of course,nothing happened.

My car has been vandalized, and kids hang out and run around until late at night.

ON Halloween I came home after a long days work to the Trees being toilet papered as you drive into the complex! Sorry but this place is more like Section 8 Ghetto..not family luxury living!!
