Is your idea of a home a place where kids sit out front,and smoke, and swear' How about upstairs neighbors who play their video games at 11:30 at night, and after being asked nicely by you, and then "talked to" by management disregard it' How about you pay over a $1000.00 for a two bedroom apartment but the people next door to you only pay $600.00 for the same apartment' What if you come home at 11:00 at night the flood light that you asked to be fixed 4 months ago for safety reasons is still not fixed' Would you like the maintenance people going through your laudry in the dryer' How about you come home, and there are so many "houseparties" you can't park in your own parking lot, and you end up parking two lots away.
Or you shovel out with your own shovel a spot for your car b/c they STILL have not plowed and that inconsiderate neighbor from upstairs comes downstairs, and while you're gone for two minutes aroundt the block they move their care into your spot.
THESE are the types of people the Fairways allows to live with hard working middle - upper class people.
People you lie, cheat, steal, degrade, and deface your living enviroment, nice luxury living huh'
