Very expensive - worth it if you use the clubhouse/pool

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I had a 2 bedroom apartment. Very expensive. Allowed pets but high pet fee. If you use the pools and fitness center may be worth it. The building was kept clean weekly. Plowing and shoveling was good.
