I used to live in the Fairways from August of 2001 to September 2002. I agree with the lot of people submitting reviews here. The apartments are small and overpriced. There are not enough washers or dryers in the building. The pool and hot tub are a waste of time. There are always screaming kids splashing around while you're trying to relax after a long day at work. The neighbors (with the exception of a few,) are rude, uncourteous and downright aggrivating. People leave doors open so that soliciters can enter the building at will yet when I forgot my key none of my neighbors would come to my aide. One day right out of the shower, and in my bath robe I heard someone come to my door and try to open it!! I looke through the peep hole on the door to see who it was and I saw a maintenance guy walking away!!! A few seconds later after I walked away from the door he sliped a notice under my door from the office. I was so terrified, being all by myself and in nothing but a bathrobe!!! The only thing I didn't have a problem with at the Fairways was the landscape & parking! I do NOT recommend the Fairways to anyone unless they are rich and they are not bothered by disrespectful people and inconsiderate neighbors.
