I just moved in about 2 months ago and I love it so far.

I'm gathering from the reviews that sometimes you get a great building and sometimes you get a not-so great building.

That's why you investigate.

Tour the place with the rep, then go back on a Friday evening and check out the parking, noise, grounds, etc.

As far as the caliber of neighbor, well, that's what you get with apartment living.

If you want a greater choice of neighbor, then start looking at houses.

I can put up with the occasional party 2 doors down (have yet to hear one btw) myself because I'm a single guy.

If I had a family, then I would've reconsidered before renting.

Don't let the "horror" stories below scare you away from at least checking the place out (did I actually see a complaint about the quality of lemonade the kids were selling in the yard'!) I almost didn't because of these reviews and I would've missed out on, frankly, a great place.
