Overpriced for the quality of accomodations and lifestyle

First let me say that one draw is the well-kept pool and clubhouse. If you take advantage of that then the price is slightly easier to justify.

That said, the other comments about speeding cars in the parking lot, Section 8 tenant misbehavior (rude language, fights, drug use, and garbage in the hallways), and unhelpful management are all valid.

If you have kids over 2 years old, then this is NOT the place for you. The kids have NO safe on-site play options without traveling to playgrounds.

The prices are higher than you might find on your own. Also be aware that there is virtually NO storage, and you must pay dearly for the small storage units in the buildings. On top of that, we had our storage unit broken into and were only able to recover some dollars because we had tenant's insurance.
