Although the grounds, clubhouse, and the trail down back are nice, there are major noise problems. The walls are paper thin you can hear conversations from every wall including the ceiling. Found 4 snakes in the apartment! I?ve been here almost 1 year and have had problems with the refrigerator, dishwasher, heat, and a very loud snapping noise in the wall that they refuse to fix! Doors constantly slam shut and the maintenance is questionable. They cut a hole in the wall 6 months ago and haven?t fixed it yet no matter how many times I call. Sliding glass doors are not insulated, good luck keeping the winter cold out! The pricey rent is going up too?see ya!
