This is commentary to "good and bad".
I think people have been a little too negative, but there are some issues.

Not sure if things changed in last couple of years, but hasn't been that bad.

The good:

2 bedroom seems pretty nice to me.

Is Wyndham (about 975 sq feet), which isn't too bad ( I am single).

I guess everyone's situation is different.

I was given a new fridge when moving in.

Heat included is nice, especially this year.

Clubhouse and amenities are nice.

Have had about 3-4 issues (lock out, garbage disposal, toilet) in which maintenance responded in my opinion pretty quicly.

Grounds appear nice.

I don't have children, and could be a concern for some, if they do.

I think the unit is very nice (second floor).

THE BAD:

Living in the middle floor near the entrance second floor can be a problem with noise.

I can hear the entrance door open and close every time, and have had some real noise problems in apt above.

Can year all footsteps, sometimes sounding like thunder.
There are a fair amount of low income people that swear and have little respect.

Kids playing in parking lot swearing, etc.

Have had some minor vandalism to a vehicle.

All in all, not too bad.

If you are single, it is reasonable.

I go to work and go home.

I like the apartment layout, and I feel 1000 sq feet is reasonable for 1-2 persons.

Maybe not for a family.

I would recommend not living near the main entrance to building, and not living under someone else.
