This complex is so bad. If you care about any of your belongings re-think moving to the Fairways. There is such an abundance of LOW CLASS people, not to mention the others who like to come visit from Lawrence MA at night and vandalize your car. Seriously, If I could go back in time and not move in here I really would.

The halls are filled with smoke which creeps into your apt. The police seem to be there at least twice a week dealing with some serious issues. The police can't even believe the crime here! The whole place is rotten and sould be shut down. This is coming from a person who doesn't even live near the "Secion 8" units, but I feel like I live in one! The roads are unkept and are FILLED with giant pot holes.

Before you move here, do yourself a favor and check out the police logs for Derry, NH online. It's all published there. Look under Fairway Dr. or Forest Ridge Rd.

Can't wait to leave this rotten place.

for yor information section 8 is mixed in throughout all the buildings at the fairways. there is not designated buildings.
