Do you remember the floods on 2006' Well, the Fairway's figured that the rain wasnt enough water for the grounds and continued to use the sprinkler systems the entire time turning them into a mud pit. Thus resulting in even wider and deeper potholes which they then filled with large rocks... Didnt bother to repave them, just threw rocks into them. What was the purpose of this' Is this where my $875 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment went' Maybe they could have used that money to update the air conditioners which only blow hotter air in or possibly used it for security gating to keep all the useless Spanish speaking immigrant punks from Lawrence and Pinkerton out. Please consider all other options before agreeing to live at this place. Any and all decent reviews for the fairways are left by the office staff.

I thought this was a web site to post reviews about the apartment not your opinion on people. If you want to be a racist ------- maybe you should go on a KKK website and keep your comments off here. I live at fairways and also happen to be spanish and I don't beleive I am at all useless. I do however think your racist comments are useless. If it's true that ignorance is bliss then you must be incredibly happy. Have a wonderful life and I hope you can learn to open your mind before it's too late.
