If you have an opinion express it and own it don't be afraid and identify yourself...
Maybe you're one of the tenants that got evicted for non rent payment and you're trying to spread negativity.
Regardless this management company is trying a whole lot harder than the previous one to keep the property in tip top shape! Hey!!! you're renting at The Fairways not Waterford Place or The apartments at Manchester Place if you were you would be paying close to $1500 a month no utilities included stop your bitching and shop around in this price range the place is competitive!

Dear truck_2006,
So you are not anonymous, I don't see you in the phone book. In the dump price range(The Fairways, warped cabinets, cheap carpeting, shoddy plumbing, noise, etc.) you think that the Fairways is a deal do you? Spend 45% more and you will get a nice place to live, is that what you are saying? Get a better job and move out of the Fairways.

i agree with Truck, you want a dump...check out derry CC estates...live there and i now live in the fairways... if your really complaining about this place... you obv make plenty of money and can spend more than the average person. i am a professional and my Fiance is in grad school she and i live at the fairways and we are comfortable and have no complaints.
