Please reconsider this property if you are looking. Though the commute factor is attractive and yes, at first glance The Fairways does seem pretty "normal" or "average", it is not the case.
Here are the many factors contributed to my opinion in no specific order
??The lack of respect and consideration neighbors have for each other; after numerous complaints to the office, their child still would run around until 11PM or later. On one occasion, the child was left alone in the apartment w/the door open while his Mother and boyfriend were down stairs.
??Same neighbor - throwing dust pan remnants and/or cleaning soles of shoes over railing w/o consideration that someone may be sitting on the patio below.
??Laundry being used at very late hours (11-12pm) or extremely early hours (before 7AM on Sat/Sun)
??Cars/SUV??s being driven around the building ?? all the way around, on the back lawn
??An extremely bad ant problem in the Spring
??A growing number of ??Government assisted individuals??

And last but not least, what put me over the preverbal edge??. My neighbor yelling at 11:30pm on a week night ??Help, help?? ??Call 911?? come to find out two men/young adults were in a fist fight on the back lawn outside our patio area. It was violent enough that one man went to the hospital. The police were called to the domestic disturbance but not before a man in the building broke up the fight. Note: the young adult involved in the D.D. still resides at The Fairways
