I have only lived in the Fairways for 3 months, but I have had NONE of the problems that I read on the reviews here. I live in a 1 bedroom second floor apartment with my boyfriend. We have had absolutely no problems at all! The reason we moved to the Fairways was because the apartment we lived in before was noisy, run down, and we had 2 vehicles broken into. I have a 2005 SUV and it has not been touched. I work nights, and every day I can come home and sleep peacefully (except when they are mowing the lawns). My apartment is nice and spacious (except for the kitchen which is really small) and is more than enough room for 2 people. I really like the Fairways, and perhaps the people writing these reviews live in the Section 8 apartments. I dont, and I havent had any problems! The rent is a little high for a one bedroom, but as of right now, it is worth it to me!

Although I can appreciate your defending the complex, I feel that your section 8 comment was unecessary. I, myself, am at top rates. I pay full price for my two bedroom. Don't make yourself sound like a spoiled brat by looking down on those with fixed incomes.

those fixed incomes are frome people who pay little or no rent at all, section 8 is for lazy underachievers who have no desire to make it in the real world due to their lack of caring. when is the last time your section 8 neighbor said "hey buddy,,thanks for working your tal off and contributing to my rent and food because i like to hang out at home and work under the table while the state pays for my rent.........................This comment does not apply to single mothers....
